Personal Values

Loyalty is something that is very important to me. I have been taught from a young age to be loyal to those who are loyal to you. One example of my loyalty is playing volleyball at the same club from the age three to currently being an active coach.  I will always be involved in this club because of the loyalty they have shown me, therefore, I will return the favor.  

Courage is an aspect that comes naturally to me. I am never afraid to speak my mind and give my honest opinion. I also don't hesitate to stand up for those around me. If there is an unfair situation and no one says anything, I will stand up for those who don't feel comfortable enough to speak. Courage has been instilled in my personal values since I was young. My mother is my role model and she has instilled courage to be fearless in me. 

Being the truest version of yourself is extremely important.  No one wants to follow a leader who is fake or goes back on their word.  They are inspired by leaders who are authentic.

This value is important to me because I have always been taught to speak my mind. Being bold falls in line with my courage value as well as authenticity. 

Honesty is a core value to me because I think trust stems from honesty.  Without honesty, it is hard for relationships and friendships to progress.

Serve is a core value I hold because I always try do my part for the better of the community.  I think service is an aspect that is not easy and is sometimes the hardest value of all the others.
